Our consultants design the Model, Strategy , Plan and Tools to audit the processes, products and services developed both internally and by third parties, as well as their level of compliance with the legal and contractual requirements that apply in each case.

PROQUA offers Audit and Evaluation services with respect to different reference frameworks, both to its clients and its suppliers, specifically focused on:

  • The design of the audit model that best suits the current way of working of each client, including the definition of checklists based on standard reference models (CMMI, PMBok, ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001…), definition of monitoring metrics and tools for the best execution of audits. This model will then be adapted to the particularities of each supplier.
  • The Development of Audits : Planning, execution, reporting and follow-up of the findings or improvement proposals of each audit.
  • Advice for the development and monitoring of Action Plans resulting from the findings
