PROQUA,<\/strong> an innovative company and leader in improving processes related to Information Technologies, considers that the provision of services of the highest quality is an essential lever for the sustainability of the organization and the creation of value for all stakeholders: shareholders, customers and employees, among others.<\/p>

To support the strategic management of the organization in achieving these goals, PROQUA has a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard<\/strong> with the following fundamental principles:<\/p>

  • Establish customer satisfaction as one of the main objectives of all staff, making and supplying high-quality products and services.<\/li>
  • Understand that success depends on both technological capabilities and the talent and involvement of workers to achieve the proposed objectives.<\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, the applicable legal requirements due to the activity carried out and the geographical location, and the requirements voluntarily assumed by the organisation.<\/li>
  • Maintain the knowledge and awareness of all our employees, promoting their training and development.<\/li>
  • Define specific and measurable objectives in relation to quality, aligned with the company’s strategy, which can be reviewed according to their achievement at least once a year.<\/li>
  • Effectively manage processes, applying the principle of continuous improvement in all operations and services performed, orienting them to the prevention of failures.<\/li>
  • Periodically evaluate the relevant information, for the purposes of maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.<\/li>
  • Integrate the Quality Management System into PROQUA’s overall management.<\/li>
  • Bring the Quality Management System closer to the entire organization to encourage the active participation of employees and evaluate the proposed suggestions for improvement in order to promote continuous improvement.<\/li>
  • Maintain permanent communication with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, in order to obtain the information and encouragement necessary for the permanent improvement of our products and services.<\/li>

    All of us who make up PROQUA assume these principles, and it is our responsibility to put them into practice by carrying out the functions assigned within the framework of this Quality Management System and complying with the corresponding internal regulations, and transmitting them for application also to the suppliers, subcontractors, associates and collaborators who participate in our operations.<\/p>
