PROQUA,<\/strong> an innovative and leading company in process improvement related to Information Technology, believes that providing the highest quality services is essential for the organization’s sustainability and for creating value for all stakeholders: shareholders, customers, and employees, among others.<\/p>

To support the organization’s strategic direction in achieving these goals, PROQUA has a Quality Management System<\/strong> based on the requirements of ISO 9001 with the following fundamental principles:<\/p>

\u2022 Establish customer satisfaction as a primary objective for all personnel, by producing and supplying high-quality products and services.<\/p>

\u2022 Understand that success depends on both technological capabilities and the talent and commitment of employees to achieve the proposed objectives.<\/p>

\u2022 Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, applicable legal requirements based on the activity carried out and the geographical location, and requirements voluntarily assumed by the organization.<\/p>

\u2022 Maintain the knowledge and awareness of all our employees, promoting their training and development. \u2022 Define specific and measurable quality objectives, aligned with the company’s strategy, and review them at least annually based on their achievement.<\/p>

\u2022 Effectively manage processes, applying the principle of continuous improvement to all operations and services performed, focusing on failure prevention.<\/p>

\u2022 Periodically evaluate relevant information for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.<\/p>

\u2022 Integrate the Quality Management System into PROQUA’s overall management.<\/p>

\u2022 Communicate the Quality Management System throughout the organization to encourage active employee participation and evaluate proposed improvement suggestions to foster continuous improvement.<\/p>

\u2022 Maintain ongoing communication with our clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to obtain the information and encouragement necessary for the continuous improvement of our products and services.<\/p>

All of us at PROQUA embrace these principles, and it is our responsibility to put them into practice by performing our assigned functions within the framework of this Quality Management System and complying with the corresponding internal regulations. We are also responsible for communicating these principles to our suppliers, subcontractors, partners, and collaborators for their application.<\/p>

PROQUA’s Management is committed to leading the development and implementation of this Quality Policy, as it believes that alignment with these principles leads to business growth and profitability, maximizing PROQUA’s value for its employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.<\/p>
